Cluster is actively working to convince all stakeholders of the importance of collaborating on common projects and solutions. The goal is to create clear value for local companies, enabling the Cluster to grow and tackle larger projects.

Externally, Cluster maintains close communication with partners and share experiences to find the best solutions. The immediate focus is on export promotion and addressing the human resource challenges. The Cluster is in the early stages of establishing a training center to support company members and also planning the first official trips to attend major furniture events.
