Podillia Fashion Cluster

The purpose of Podillia Fashion Cluster (PFC) is to unite the efforts of businesses, government, educational, and scientific institutions to develop the clothing and accessories market with a focus on sports, tourism, and active family leisure.

Strategic objectives of the Сluster:

1. Attract new participants to the Сluster and establish production, educational, and other relevant Сluster structures
2. Recruit new personnel, enhance loyalty among existing staff, and improve their professional skills
3. Improve and standardize internal processes, and enhance quality indicators for cooperation with partners and final products
4. Mitigate the negative effects of crises by integrating all Сluster participants into a unified socio-economic ecosystem
5. Collaborate with scientific institutions, expand internal networks, and engage external experts on specialized topics
6. Increase the profitability of commercial structures and diversify the funding sources for the non-commercial structures of the Сluster by achieving all previous objectives

Activities and services for members also include grant applications, a fashion training center, and collaboration with scientists.

The main projects that PFC is currently working on include:

1. Sewing cluster factory
2. Processing of textile waste
3. Production of threads and fabric from technical hemp

Successful joint initiatives include:

1. Sewing 10,000 sets of underwear for internally displaced persons (IDPs)
2. Development of a clothing collection
3. Launch of the Fashion Training Center
4. Cooperation with scientists from Khmelnytskyi National University
