    Activities And Services

    Preparation of research and development to improve economic efficiency and competitiveness. This may include:

    1. Developing a business model, business plan, and financial plan.
    2. Preparing the company's export strategy.
    3. Setting up business processes for operational efficiency.
    4. Creating a roadmap for product certification to enable exports to EU countries.
    5. Determining the operational and legal structure for entering foreign markets (e.g., registering a company abroad or working with distributors).
    6. Assessing investment attractiveness and determining business value to attract investments (business valuation).
    7. Evaluating business cases for investing internal resources, such as developing new products, entering new markets, establishing production, or acquiring/selling assets (feasibility assessment).
    8. Providing consulting services for business development, including strategic and operational planning, financial issues, marketing, personnel policy, and production planning. These services may include: conducting sessions to identify business development strategies and prioritize activities; evaluating development scenarios and defining a structured business strategy; implementing key steps of the company's export strategy.
